Story
We believe every team has a unique narrative. Our facilitator leads a deep-dive storytelling session that points to the shared values, challenges, and triumphs that define your group’s goals.

Harmony
Participants work in “writer’s rooms” to weave these stories into lyrics and melody, learning to collaborate the Nashville way. This stage breaks down road blocks, requiring radical active listening and plays to each creative individual to find a unified sound. The writer’s room culture is defined and protected.

Impact
The experience culminates in a fun, live performance of a custom “Team Song.” This serves as an emotional anchor and a shared story that resonates long after the write ends.
Through a pre-session alignment call with the team leader we thoughtfully tailor each experience to reflect the team’s goals, challenges, and needs. We offer packages to fit the number of participants, time frame, and budget.

meet Autumn Mcentire
Grammy Nominated
Autumn is a Nashville-based songwriter, producer, and performer with deep roots in country music and storytelling. An Oklahoma native, Autumn comes from a country music legacy — her aunt is Reba McEntire — and grew up surrounded by music through her family band, The Singing McEntires.
After graduating from Belmont University with a degree in Music Business, Autumn signed her first publishing deal and has since written songs recorded by dozens of country artists. Through RESONUS, she brings the tools of professional songwriting — storytelling, emotion, and collaboration — into team environments.
